Design

Why do you know it's Milky Frog at a glance? Four design principles.

The Side-Eye

01

One Piece

Head to toe, one smooth curve.

Milky Frog has no neck. Head and belly are one round, squishy shape, like a gummy pinched into being. There's not a single break in the outline.

02

Minimal

Three colors. That's Milky Frog.

A butter-yellow body, a green ring around the eye, a pure black pupil, and no whites. Draw just one eye and everyone knows who it is. That's how the Naiwa Eye app was born.

03

Inspired by Nature

A pear that laughs.

The body comes from a pear: narrow on top, wide at the bottom, sitting steady. The colors come from the five-fingered eggplant and golden frogs. A lucky golden frog, hidden in nature's simplest shapes.

04

Instantly Recognizable

Show just a hand, and you still know.

Milky Frog's hands fade from butter yellow into deep olive, like a pair of gloves. A hand, an eye, or just a silhouette is enough.
